ResponsabilitàDesign and execute strategic sourcing initiatives within a global framework
Advise stakeholders and align procurement strategies cross-functionally
Lead high-value negotiations with key suppliers and secure favorable terms
Translate global contracts into locally effective, compliant agreements
Evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability




Develop and maintain global/local agreements aligned with company directives
Drive continuous improvement through cost-optimization and SCM best practices
Support risk management and regulatory compliance across the category
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in indirect categories (marketing, communications, consulting, branding)
Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead international collaboration
Strong negotiation, contracting, and relationship-building skills
Solid project management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Leadership experience; coaching and knowledge sharing
Fluency in English; strong MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP Ariba skills
