MSX International in Rome is seeking a Warranty Specialist to review and assess warranty claims per company policies and procedures.
You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and track responses in a database.
Communicate with dealers and Brand Management to address evaluations and amendments.
The role requires knowledge of warranty terms, mechanical/electronic diagnostics, and strong interpersonal skills in Italian and English.
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
