Design, develop, and maintain scalable features that support creator growth and monetization across web applicationsCollaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into iterative, high‑impact releasesContribute across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and analytics systemsBreak down complex product requirements into deliverable increments, ensuring continuous value deliveryOptimize application performance, usability, and reliability through best engineering practicesParticipate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processesUse data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experiencesSupport system reliability through monitoring and participation in on‑call rotations
Requirements
Strong experience building modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and contemporary CSS frameworksProficiency in backend development, ideally with Ruby on Rails or similar technologiesProven ability to work across the full stack while maintaining a strong focus on frontend user experienceExperience delivering complex projects independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environmentsFamiliarity with data systems and analytics‑driven product developmentAbility to write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code with strong attention to performance and accessibilityExperience collaborating cross‑functionally with product, design, and engineering teamsStrong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindsetExperience with AI‑assisted development tools and openness to leveraging them effectivelyBonus: experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or marketplace platforms
