This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team for one of Venice's most anticipated new rooftop venues.What You'll Do Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, making sauces, portioning proteins,



and moreFollow prep lists and recipes with precision and efficiencyAssist with kitchen setup and organizationMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout prep areasLabel and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize wasteSupport line cooks and chefs as needed during serviceParticipate in opening and closing duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferredSolid knife skills and basic culinary knowledgeAbility to follow directions and work efficiently under pressureTeam player with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsAvailability on evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?
