Responsabilità

- Identify issues, formulate hypotheses, and conduct analyses to produce actionable client recommendations
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues across Europe to develop strategies that create competitive advantage




- Contribute to the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and management approaches
- Develop tailor-made solutions and ensure sustainable, positive impact
- Engage in ongoing learning and apply new skills with mentorship from senior leaders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree and outstanding academic record
- Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
- Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate for European assignments during the work week
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication in English and local office language
