Overview

In this role you drive dealer performance and the Hyundai customer experience targets across your district. You will lead regular dealer engagement, define action plans to hit qualitative and quantitative goals, and monitor KPIs to ensure HMCI standards. You’ll evaluate workshop processes, assess staff skills, and shape local dealer marketing activities while analyzing competitors. Regular travel and cross-functional collaboration enable you to influence growth and service quality within the network.

Responsabilità

- Regularly meet with Dealers staff and managers to align on targets
- Define and implement action plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Monitor and report KPIs set by HMCI




- Evaluate Authorized Workshops' processes with focus on customer satisfaction
- Assess Dealers’ staff skills and capabilities
- Define local dealer marketing activities per HMCI guidelines and analyze effectiveness
- Analyze competitive actions and performance in the area
- Evaluate and contact potential new candidates to develop business in the area

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 3 years' experience in related position
- Fluent English
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Market understanding
- Prioritizing and Organizing Work

- Flexibility in zone assignment
- Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned area
