Overview

In this role you drive High Jewelry performance at the Montenapoleone Flagship, aligning sales with the brand’s premium experience. You will lead the development of a community of High Jewelry Experts and oversee day-to-day execution of strategies with a client- and people-focused mindset. You collaborate with store teams, merchandising, and events to strengthen client relationships and brand desirability. This is a chance to shape expertise, storytelling, and learning in a top-tier luxury environment.

Responsabilità

- Drive HJ business performance and strategic execution with store leaders
- Develop and nurture a Community of High Jewelry Experts; create training plans
- Collaborate with merchandising and cluster/zone teams to meet client needs
- Act as ambassador and relationship builder for top-tier HJ clients at appointments and events
- Lead Private Client Community leadership, engagement,



and exclusive enrichment opportunities
- Coach and support sales teams through one-to-one strategy sessions
- Identify internal/external profiles for community participation and manage learning initiatives
- Ensure budget management and timely delivery of initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years in luxury watch/jewelry industry
- Previous client-facing role in luxury retail
- Gemology qualification
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage budgets
- Strong people management and development skills
