* Establish clear goals, metrics, and reporting; act as a strategic partner to leadership
* 12+ years of operations experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments (Tech/FinTech startup experience a plus)
* Proven track record in leading and scaling large cross-functional teams
* KPI-driven xrdztoy with a results orientation
* Experience in building successful products
* Background in FinTech, management consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups
* Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
* High energy and first-principles thinking
* Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights (SQL a plus)
