Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's digital evolution journey, acting as a liaison between the business, suppliers, and technology partners.
Working closely with management and key business functions, thet will be responsible for coordinating ongoing project initiatives, facilitating integration between processes, systems, and the stakeholders involved.
Specifically, they will follow the evolution of the corporate application ecosystem, ensuring the correct progress of activities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrations with Salesforce, Slack, and future innovation and digitalisation projects.
The objective will be to foster alignment between processes, people, and technology, contributing to the organisational evolution of the company and the adoption of new digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and consolidate existing process analyses and mapping;
- Support the review and optimisation of business processes in collaboration with the various functions involved;
- Analyse needs and requirements coming from the business, translating them into operational guidelines for external partners;
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development to understand critical issues and opportunities for improvement;
- Coordinate the activities of suppliers involved in application and digital transformation projects;
- Monitor the progress of project initiatives and facilitate the resolution of any critical issues;
- Support the evolution of the ERP (Dynamics Business Central) and connected applications (e.g., Salesforce);
- Participate in testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities for the implemented solutions;
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for innovation and digitalisation of business processes, including initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence.
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines;
- 2-4 years of experience gained in roles such as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, PMO, or Project Coordinator;
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis;
- Knowledge - even basic - of process mapping methodologies and tools;
- Experience - even minimal - in digital transformation projects;
- Ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders from different business functions;
- Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of the Italian and English languages.
Nice to have
- Experience in ERP projects;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs;
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, or Product Development processes;
- Experience in Retail or Fashion environments;
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to business processes.
