Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for: members transports greeting members and guests assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure, managing errands, parcels and shopping bags, delivering grocery to the members and guest assisting with the event set up Possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage areas and support members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk,



offering personalised recommendations and service to ensure an exceptional guest experience Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
