For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Breakfast Manager to join the team Splendido
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Restaurant Manager.
Main Duities & Responsabilities:
- Coordinate daily breakfast service operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review the buffet quality.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, utensils and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Breakfast Manager or Breakfast Supervisor in 5-star luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership, charisma, and refined communication skills.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B;) knowledge,
with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Ability to handle complex service situations with composure and tact.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is highly valued.
- We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 2,Breakfast Manager;
- Start date: March 2027 to End date: November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
- Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
