Compliance Manager

- Support in establishing the Legal & Compliance function, as well as in the further development and maintenance of our management system

- Analysis and assessment of compliance issues and risks, as well as identification of necessary actions and implementation recommendations

- Participation in risk analyses, as well as the creation and maintenance of guidelines, processes, and documentation

- Preparing and following up on compliance initiatives, as well as coordinating with internal represantatives

- Coordinating and conducting internal training sessions, as well as providing support for internal inquiries and case-by-case reviews

- Preparing for, supporting, and following up on internal and external inspections and audits

You are a good fit if you have :

-

- A completed degree in law (LL.B./state examination) or a comparable degree; additional training as a compliance officer is a plus

- Initial experience in the field of compliance or in a legal department is desirable





- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new compliance topics and pursue targeted professional development

- A structured, meticulous approach to work and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion

- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
