Giurify — the LegalTech project within the P49 ecosystem — is looking for a Marketing & Digital Strategy Lead to drive digital communication, brand identity and acquisition campaigns towards lawyers, law firms and legal professionals. Learn more at giurify.com .
THE MANDATE
- Design and execute Giurify's marketing and communication strategy, from brand positioning to lead generation.
- Build an authoritative digital presence towards the legal audience: LinkedIn, editorial content, newsletters and community.
- Plan and optimize ADV campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads, focusing on conversion and cost per lead.
- Produce creative content (copy, visuals, video, landing pages) autonomously with AI-assisted tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day management of digital channels and editorial plan (website, blog, LinkedIn, newsletter).
- Planning, execution and reporting of ADV campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Creative production: copy, visuals, video, presentations and sales materials.
- Performance analysis (SEO, AEO, Analytics, GA4, conversion funnel) and continuous optimization.
- Coordination with product team, the network of lawyers and external partners.
- Support for P49 ecosystem events and initiatives (demos, webinars, presentations).
THE PROFILE
- Previous experience in start-ups, SaaS or innovative organizations (required).
- Portfolio with produced materials: campaigns, content, websites, video, landing pages.
- Excellent creative and writing skills — both textual and visual — with attention to a professional audience.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in small, vertical teams.
- Resident in the Padova area · daily on-site presence.
- Apple work environment: comfortable with macOS and its ecosystem.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong plus: experience in LegalTech, B2B or regulated markets; familiarity with the legal world.
TECH STACK
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GA4.
- Adobe Photoshop and creative suite; professional video editing.
- Conversational AI & coding: OpenAI / ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude (design & code), Claude Opus 4.8.
- Email marketing and automation: Resend, CRM and lead nurturing tools.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO, ADV, conversion funnels and B2B marketing.
CONTRACT
Salary €25,000 – €35,000. Initial 3-month trial contract. At the end of the trial period, permanent employment contract.
