Overview

In this role you will lead credit risk management for the group, overseeing the full credit lifecycle to balance growth with cash flow. You will head a small team, drive modernization of financial processes, and ensure compliance and accurate reporting. The position combines risk oversight with strategic improvements to credit policy and debt collection. This is a chance to impact the company's financial health while enabling sustainable growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Lead modernization and automation of financial processes, systems and infrastructure
- Assign tasks to the credit team aligned with accounting goals and oversee timely collections
- Create and maintain records of invoices, bills, and receivables
- Track risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early warning signals
- Develop and improve credit policy
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results and create corresponding reports




- Ensure accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Finance
- Minimum of three years as Credit Manager or in credit/collection management or finance transformation manager
- Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in subscription-based or recurring service frameworks (plus)
- Fluent in English (C1)
