Overview

In this role you will manage indirect manufacturing categories for Mobility EMEA plants, shaping sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. You’ll lead negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure cost savings and supply continuity. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to impact regional procurement across multiple sites in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants
- Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
- Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, inflation mitigation, and payment term optimization
- Manage supplier performance, relationships, risk, and supply continuity
- Deploy regional and global supplier agreements while ensuring compliance and stakeholder adoption
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Quality,



EHS, and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze market trends and implement sourcing solutions that optimize total cost of ownership
- Track procurement performance, savings, and project results through reporting tools
- Support manufacturing operations through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide procurement support and guidance across Mobility EMEA sites

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supply chain
- Experience supporting multi-site and cross-country procurement activities
- Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage

- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Stakeholder management across multiple sites and countries
- Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in indirect manufacturing procurement (MRO, Facilities, CAPEX, Packaging, Chemicals)
- Strong sourcing, category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management skills
- Financial acumen focused on cost savings and total cost of ownership (TCO)
