Overview

In this role you will drive the Workday-based HRIS transformation, from implementation to post-go-live evolution, supporting a global HCM platform. You will collaborate with the HR community and partners to deliver digital solutions and meaningful HR analytics. You’ll contribute to the broader Digital HR roadmap, exploring AI, automation and new HR technologies. Responsabilità

- Participate in Workday implementation, configuration and testing to launch the new global HCM platform
- Support ongoing evolution and optimization of the HRIS ecosystem translating HR and business needs into digital solutions
- Develop HR Reporting & Analytics to turn data into insights
- Ensure HR data quality, migration, validation and reconciliation
- Investigate system, data and process issues with internal teams and partners and implement solutions




- Collaborate with global HR community, Digital HR colleagues and external partners
- Play an active role during go-live and hypercare and contribute to future platform ownership
- Contribute to broader HR Technology roadmap beyond Workday

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1-3 years of hands-on Workday experience, ideally in international or implementation environments
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and direct platform experience
- Experience in Workday implementation, configuration and testing
- Experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics
- Exposure to multiple Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Planning) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Good English and ability to work in an international setting
