Responsabilità

- Lead continuous improvement culture and employee engagement across manufacturing
- Develop and execute lean manufacturing strategies aligned with site priorities
- Drive improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen
- Lead manufacturing engineering in process improvements for quality, efficiency, safety, and productivity
- Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and product engineering to optimize processes
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and CI outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process innovation
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support capital investment projects, equipment upgrades,



and facility improvements
- Develop standardized processes, work instructions, and best practices
- Coach and develop team members; foster learning and growth
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience leading lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or manufacturing engineering initiatives in manufacturing
- Ability to lead teams and deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels
- Experience applying root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and performance metrics
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian
- Legal authorization to work in Italy
