As National Account Manager DIY, you drive growth by shaping commercial strategy for national DIY and Home Improvement customers. Responsabilità
- Define and execute commercial strategy and sales targets for DIY/Home Improvement channels
- Identify business opportunities and manage budgets for commercial development with assigned customers
- Create and implement joint business plans translating customer priorities into a shared roadmap
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, assortments, and promotions within policy
- Analyze performance data, KPIs,
profitability and customer potential
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Application Engineering on channel projects and monitor market trends
- Contribute to the DIY strategy in Italy and identify growth opportunities and new customers
- Support and guide the field sales force
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years in Key Account Management, National Account Management, or Sales Management
- Proven track record with strategic customers and complex negotiations
- Experience in DIY, Building & Construction sectors with knowledge of Italian distribution or DIY/Home Improvement channels
- Excellent negotiation and P&L; management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer orientation and results focus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, data-driven, and able to turn insights into actions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and present to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel
