Job Description
With the aim of strengthening our Corporate Industrial & Process Engineering Team, we are recruiting a Process Engineering Expert Your role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of plant investment projects, ensuring they are properly designed, technically executed in compliance with GMP and HSE regulations, completed on time and within budget. Main
responsibilities:
* Collaborate on projects for new plant installations and improvements to existing production plants, both in feasibility and in basic or detail phase,
also in collaboration with external engineering companies.
* Set up Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID;), plant layouts with internal or external technical designers, equipment specifications and functional specifications of the control systems.
* Identify suppliers, issue requests for offers, technically evaluate offers, draft cost estimates, and prepare investment authorization requests.
* Collaborate with PMO to manage the assigned investment budget and monitor project timelines and costs or take full responsibility for these aspects, depending on project size and complexity.
* Develop the assigned investment projects, coordinating construction, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protection criteria.
* Coordinate testing and commissioning activities of new implementations, with Production and Maintenance.
* Collaborate with Metrology & Validations, Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance on the qualification of new plants.
