- Categorie protette (L.68⁄99) (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience. Your role in BizAway
* Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
* Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
* Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
* Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
* Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.) Your Basic Qualifications
* At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
* Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
* Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up)
* Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check We are also interested in

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working hours
Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays) ? Hybrid: Lavoro da remoto Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe ?
Salary:
Starting from level 5° and above, with a salary range of 21k -25k gross/yearly in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio) ?
