Our expertise extends beyond transactional work, as we support our clients through every stage of the company lifecycle. /p pThe Junior Associate Will Work In The Structured Finance, Regulatory And Investment Funds Group, Which Is Part Of The Finance Practice Of The Firm /p ul liStructured Finance team deals in innovative and complex financial transactions, focusing on securitisations, NPLs, covered bonds, project bonds, secured corporate debt and bespoke structured finance. /li liFinancial Regulation team advises on complex / high profile matters in the key financial centres: compliance with the regulations that apply to our clients, changes in regulatory regimes, changes in our clients’ businesses which are impacted by regulations and crises which may carry serious reputational consequences.
/li liInvestment Funds team regularly assists primary investment managers on all aspects of fund formation and related financial regulation matters e.g., for the structuring, set-up, licensing, marketing, reorganisation and liquidation of regulated investment managers and funds. /li /ul pWe have an enviable client base comprising of most of the major investment banks whom we advise in their lead manager capacity and big name issuer clients. The fact that we act for both issuers and managers is a strength, as trainees see both sides of a transaction. /p pThe applicant must possess a desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where they will have the chance to collaborate on the most interesting deals. As part of a global and extensive practice, teamwork is essential, and you will often collaborate with colleagues in our overseas offices. /p pThe ideal candidate should be passionate, eager to learn, enterprising, flexible, available, precise, and capable of working in a team. /p h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liA Law Degree from a Italian university with excellent academic credentials;; /li liA new graduate with an interest in Capital Markets matters; /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills; /li liProficiency level in English (C1 level required); /li liKnowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 pThis list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
