OverviewAs a Distribution Channel Account Manager for Medium Voltage in Italy, you drive growth through distributor partnerships and a strategic channel plan. You collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand the MV portfolio, improve sell-in and sell-out, and increase market coverage. You’ll shape the distribution strategy, develop key partners, and monitor performance with clear KPIs. Define and implement MV distribution channel strategy aligned with BU objectivesDevelop and strengthen distributor network with partner development plansDrive business and selling activities through distribution,
supporting opportunity conversionsIncrease portfolio penetration and distributor presence among target customersMonitor sell-in/sell-out and distributor performance with KPIs and reviewsSupport agencies and Sales org in regional distribution expansion and alignmentDevelop distributor capabilities via training and access to toolsCoordinate marketing and demand-generation initiatives with Marketing and Product ManagementProvide market intelligence and facilitate cross-functional communication across Segment, Marketing, and agencies
Requisiti fondamentali
