Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura.Outlining the Company's commercial strategy and, in coordination with the General Management and all the Directors, assume responsibility for the combined commercial performance across the Company's business and product lines; Training, counseling and monitoring the performance of all sales people; Serving as a point of reference for Clients and Prospects, through constant contacts and frequent travels - both within Italy and internationally (worldwide); Directing salesstaffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs; Establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit; Monitoring Sales and KAM productivity xysqume and performances; Reviewing market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential and new targets to be acquired; Serving as linkbetween Sales department and other departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
