GB1 is looking for a Receptionist to join its team at its base in Bagnoli, Naples.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for welcoming visitors, managing guests, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, acting as a key point of contact for both visitors and the team.

Contract type: Fixed Term - November 26’ – August 27’

Salary: EUR 23,752.44 RAL (40 hour week)

Requirements:

The role requires someone who can balance front desk and guest reception duties with more hands‑on operational support, ranging from welcoming guests at high‑profile events to assisting with daily office activities and keeping office spaces organised.

Good knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area (local knowledge)

Good command of Italian & English





Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for welcoming and assisting guests

A friendly, approachable, and professional approach

Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks depending on operational needs

A practical, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to different situations
