Avio Aero is seeking a Production Supervisor for the gears production area in Rivalta di Torino. You will organize shifts, oversee overtime, and guide production staff to meet schedules, quality, and EHS standards.

You will implement 5S, lean initiatives, and partner with HR and Cell Leaders to drive continuous improvement. A tempo parziale 30-hour weekly schedule is required, with fixed weekend shifts and EU work eligibility.
