Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite only (5 days per week)

Italy Pass Tours is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute effective social media strategies, create engaging content, manage advertising campaigns, and generate measurable results and tour bookings.

We need someone creative, proactive, and capable of managing the entire content creation and marketing process independently.

Key Requirements

- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Relevant certificates and verifiable professional experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous campaigns, Reels, TikToks, and measurable results.
- Advanced knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, plus working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, analytics, and optimization.
- Ability to plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality content independently.
- Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to appear in videos and participate in tours.




- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, audience growth, lead generation, and conversion strategies.

Important: Location and Availability

This is a strictly onsite position based in Florence, Italy.
- Applicants must currently be located in Florence.
- Availability to work onsite 5 days per week is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview in Florence.
- Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
