In this role you will support tyre development for the Motorsport segment from our HQ. You will work within the Global Business Unit Motorsport to apply FE analysis and mechanics know-how to advance high-performance tyres for major car manufacturers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, international environment and help drive innovation in tyres. This is an opportunity to shape advanced simulation workflows and contribute to competitive, cutting‑edge products.

Responsabilità





Develop finite element models using Abaqus to simulate tyre behavior in Motorsport

Apply tyre mechanics principles to support tyre design

Analyze indoor and outdoor test results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information and align on development goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

1–3 years of experience in Product Development and/or FEA/FEM

Fluency xlwpduy in English and Italian

Proficiency with FEM tools (Abaqus, Ansys, Patran, Nastran, or Marc)

Proficiency with Matlab and Python

Knowledge of C++ is a plus

Strong teamwork orientation

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Passion for Motorsport
