For our RACING Department we are looking for a Racing Service to join our team focusing on the on-road track disciplines:

Main responsibilities:

- You will provide technical assistance for technical products at Motorsport races;
- You will create reports during each racing event
- You will supervise Racing needs in terms of allocation, products and riders needs;
- You will support product development in terms of testing management and specification definition;
- Moreover, you will also monitor relationships with Riders and Teams,



ensuring that they have an optimal interfacing and satisfaction from the use of Alpinestars' service and products;
- You will follow the WSBK championship and support other championships where required.

Job requirements:

- Solid passion and previous background in Motorsports;
- Good understanding of the complexities of the racing world;
- A reliable approach with strong communication skills, interpretive mindset, and solid organizational skills will complete the profile;
- Be dynamic and prepared to work over weekends;
- Available to travel and drive extensively to attend Racing events;
- Strong technical problem solving skills to deal with situations that may be out of the ordinary;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in English;

Other Information

Location: Asolo, Italy (On-site) – Please note that extensive global travel will be required as per the Championship calendar.

Compensation package: From €30,000 (depending on experience).
