The Commodity Manager is responsible for developing and executing a variety of broad Commodity strategies for MITER Brands. This role will be responsible for managing 3-4 subcategories, developing supplier and commodity cost reduction strategies, analyzing/communicating market intelligence, leading commercial negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance. Please note that this position is not a remote or hybrid remote role. The home base for this position will be one of the three locations listed above, and there is a 20-30% travel requirement. Pay Range $100,000
- $135,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications Maintain relationship with sustaining engineering & product management Lead commercial QBR’s Supplier executive engagement/relationship Acquire, maintain, and communicate market trends Review supplier quarterly/annual reports (when applicable) Support supplier quality improvements Support product rationalization/harmonization efforts Lead commercial negotiations Create analysis reports Maintain relationship with NPD engineering & product management Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred CPM, CPIM or CSCP certification preferred Minimum of 2 years’ sourcing experience working for a major, large dollar operation MITER Brands™ is a residential window and door manufacturer that provides a leading portfolio of window and door brands for the new construction and replacement segments.
