**Description:** At **Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale** , we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented **Chef de Rang** to join our F&B; team. Working across our outlets, including The Organics SkyGarden rooftop and our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences for our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** + Independently manage different styles of service and oversee an assigned station with professionalism and attention to detail. + Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and guests at all times. + Actively contribute to teamwork and foster a collaborative and positive working environment. + Ensure proper mise en place and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all service areas. + Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests and provide recommendations. + Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including refrigerator temperature monitoring, food labeling procedures, workstation sanitation, and the proper use of HACCP-approved products and practices. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications:** + Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role.
