As a Process & Manufacturing Engineer, you bridge OT and IT to design, optimize and digitalize manufacturing processes using automation and AI. You will support new product launches, process development and digital transformation, collaborating across production, quality, engineering and sales to提升 safety, quality and productivity. You will implement IT/OT integrations, analyze data for OEE gains and lead AI-driven solutions for process optimization and predictive maintenance.
This role offers exposure to Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives and cross-functional global projects that shape manufacturing strategies.
Responsabilità
Design and implement IT/OT integration solutions linking production equipment, automation systems, MES, ERP and cloud platforms
Analyze manufacturing processes and data to improve OEE, reduce waste and enhance performance
Develop and support automation, robotics, digitalization and AI-based solutions for optimization and quality
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales to define manufacturing strategies and projects
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, standards and procedures ensuring quality and safety compliance
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, capacity and ergonomics
Participate in feasibility reviews and support continuous improvement across operations
Coordinate digital transformation and Industry 5.0 projects with stakeholders and partners
Contribute to cross-functional and international projects using structured problem-solving methodologies
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Engineering or equivalent)
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Industrial Automation or IT/OT integration in manufacturing
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation xysqume systems, PLCs, SCADA/HMI and industrial networks
Familiarity with PFMEA, OEE analysis and problem-solving tools
Basic knowledge of data analytics, industrial databases, and AI/Machine Learning applications is a plus
Strong analytical, project management and teamwork skills
Good command of English
Experience in automotive or global manufacturing environments is preferred
