About the Role
Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the technical team and ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of all systems and facilities across the property. We are looking for a hands-on and organized professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance management.
Key Responsabilities
- Coordinate, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire prevention systems.
- Liaise with external suppliers and specialized contractors for maintenance and technical services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and technical regulations.
- Prepare, manage, and regularly update maintenance schedules and records.
- Respond promptly and effectively to breakdowns, technical issues, and emergency situations.
- Monitor the property's energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost optimization.
- Monitor maintenance costs, equipment performance, and the overall condition of the property.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to company standards and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Chief Engineer, or in a similar technical management role, preferably within large hotels or hospitality properties.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Good understanding of fire prevention and safety systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate external contractors and technical suppliers.
- Knowledge of maintenance management software and digital maintenance tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for on-call duty and flexible working hours when required.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A practical, proactive, and hands-on approach to technical and operational challenges.

Compensation & Benefit
- Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €42,000 – €50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- CCNL: Turismo Alberghi H502
