We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with at least 10 years of experience, able to work across the entire stack and ship complete features from design to production. Learn more at p49.ai . /ph3THE MANDATE /h3ulliMake technical decisions with direct responsibility for product quality and evolution. /liliDesign and ship complete features, from frontend to backend, all the way to production. /liliIntegrate Large Language Models and AI workflows into real, AI-native products. /liliContribute to a modern, scalable and secure infrastructure. /liliWork across multiple verticals of the ecosystem, with a key role in the product roadmap. /li /ulh3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliBuild complex, reusable frontend components (React 18, TypeScript). /liliDesign APIs and backend services (Node.js, PostgreSQL). /liliData modelling and query optimization on PostgreSQL. /liliIntegrate AI models: tool calling, structured output, multi-provider orchestration. /liliRealtime features with WebSocket and Server-Sent Events. /liliPayments and subscription integrations; CI/CD pipelines and deployment. /liliCode reviews, development standards and mentoring of junior developers. /li /ulh3THE PROFILE /h3ulliAt least 10 years of professional software development experience.



/liliAdvanced experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js. /liliStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL, API design and authentication systems. /liliExperience with Docker, CI/CD and production applications. /liliSolid software architecture foundations and ability to evaluate technical trade-offs. /liliAutonomy in solving complex problems and thorough code reviews. /liliGood command of technical English. /liliStrong plus: Lovable Cloud/Supabase, Deno Edge Functions, Anthropic Claude or other LLMs, RAG, Python/FastAPI, growing B2C/B2B products, GDPR. /li /ulh3TECH STACK /h3ulliFrontend: React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query. /liliBackend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, WebSocket, SSE, Lovable Cloud (Supabase) and Deno Edge Functions. /liliAI: Anthropic Claude, multi-provider orchestration, tool calling, structured output. /liliInfrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, production deployment and monitoring. /liliPython microservices (plus): FastAPI, OCR, NLP, PII anonymization, vector search. /li /ulh3CONTRACT /h3pFull-time on-site at our Padova office, Monday to Friday. Indicative salary €35,000-€45,000, based on experience, skills and level of responsibility.
