As Sr. HR Generalist / HR Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a key manufacturing site in Italy, aligning people programs with business goals. You will lead engagement, change initiatives, and workforce development to retain top talent and support organizational objectives. Responsabilità

- Provide broad HR support to the site, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Lead labor/employee relation strategy and related project execution
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and select talent
- Design and implement HR programs aligned with long-term business objectives
- Support workforce planning, organizational design,



succession planning, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations
- Coach leaders on people-related issues and mediate conflicts as needed
- Drive changes to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in an ISC site
- Strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency with HR software and tools relevant to the role
- Experience managing investigations and conflict resolution
- Ability to translate business priorities into practical HR strategies
