As Genesis Marketing & PR Leader, you will support the launch of Genesis in the Italian market by building brand awareness, managing communications and developing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will carry out both strategic and operational marketing activities.
Role Summary:
As Genesis Marketing & PR Leader, you will support the launch of Genesis in the Italian market by building brand awareness, managing communications and developing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will carry out both strategic and operational marketing activities.
We want you to:
- Support the creation and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the new automotive brand
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone of voice and positioning across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop launch campaigns, events and promotional activities
- Collaborate with Corporate functions and international teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, print and PR) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive media, lifestyle press and relevant industry stakeholders
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, product information, website content, newsletters and social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand positioning and tone of voice
- Manage media enquiries, interviews and spokesperson opportunities, and support the organization of press events,
product launches and media test-drive experiences
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, media coverage, brand reputation, industry sentiment, and market and competitor trends, providing insights to management
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, PR or brand communications, preferably within the automotive, mobility or lifestyle sector
- Proven experience in brand/product launches
- Deep understanding of automotive and mobility trends
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and CRM systems
- Content creation and strong storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Creativity, flexibility, results orientation and a hands‑on attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
