Durante Adesivi, part of the Soudal Group, is hiring a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist to ensure accurate administration of payroll and personnel processes. You will coordinate with external labor consultants and internal stakeholders, manage time and attendance, and support HR and payroll activities.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll and personnel management, solid knowledge of Italian labor law, and experience with payroll providers.
