Overview
As Marketing Director, you will own Empatica’s marketing strategy with emphasis on growth and demand generation in the US. You’ll lead a team and budget to build a data-driven demand engine across B2B, B2C, and patient-facing segments, collaborating with Sales, Product and Clinical teams. You’ll shape organic and paid initiatives, oversee the marketing tech stack, and translate clinical evidence into trusted content for clinicians, patients, and pharma partners.
Your leadership will elevate market presence and data-driven decision-making across Marketing.

Responsabilità
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for organic and paid channels
- Own the demand generation engine end-to-end across the funnel, including ABM and nurture programs
- Grow organic reach via SEO, content, and thought leadership leveraging clinical evidence
- Oversee marketing technology stack and website performance, optimize CRO and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Manage market research and interpretation of market data
- Lead and develop the Marketing team to achieve objectives
- Collaborate with Product to produce marketing materials and programs
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer trends
- Partner with Director of Communications to strengthen market presence
- Establish automated, accurate marketing KPI reporting with Business Operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid knowledge of the digital health, medtech, or healthcare wearables industry
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare market, including buyer dynamics, reimbursement and payer considerations, and marketing compliance (FDA, HIPAA)
- Proven track record building organic growth engines across SEO, content, and thought leadership in a clinical or regulated setting
- Ability to translate clinical evidence and published research into content for clinicians, patients, and pharma partners
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in growth marketing with scalable acquisition and unit economics improvements
- Hands-on or leadership experience with demand generation tactics (lead generation, scoring, nurturing, ABM, lifecycle automation)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
