Responsabilità
- Close high-value, complex SaaS deals and surpass targets
- Develop and execute top-of-funnel opportunity strategies to build a robust pipeline
- Engage senior leaders with polished executive presence and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to prioritize accounts and share insights
- Represent Wellhub at industry events and expand network in HR and Reward communities
- Own and manage the sales pipeline with proactive follow-through and disciplined execution
- Craft compelling proposals and business cases for major deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and ensure smooth onboarding
- Become the product champion with deep knowledge of Wellhub offerings and value proposition
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years in driving new business growth, preferably in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits
- Proven track record closing significant contracts with complex organizations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; persuasive presentations and financial analyses
- Relationship builder capable of navigating senior stakeholder landscapes
- Proactive, results-oriented with the ability to take initiative
- Tech-savvy with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft)
- Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
- Welfare knowledge including Italian regulations relevant to the sector
