is seeking an experienced R&D; Project Manager to drive high-voltage product development from concept to market.

You will coordinate international, cross-functional teams across R&D;, engineering, testing, and manufacturing to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Applicants should have a Master’s in engineering and 3+ years of technical PM experience, with CAD/FEM/PLM/ERP familiarity, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Italian.
