You assess feasibility, define the optimal manufacturing approach, and coordinate tooling needs. You interpret technical drawings and 3D models to identify best production methods. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and production readiness. Responsabilità
Feasibility & Engineering Support: evaluate proposals for production feasibility
Technical Drawing & 3D Model Interpretation: analyze drawings/models to determine manufacturability
Tooling Management: coordinate special tooling with suppliers, track orders and delivery
Production & Shop Floor Support: collaborate with production,
perform practical machine checks
Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Purchasing, Tooling, and Production
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in English and Italian
CAD/CAM proficiency; ability to read/interpret drawings and 3D models
Experience with CAD tools such as PTC Creo and SolidWorks (preferred) xysqume
Machining center/Chip removal knowledge and production environment exposure
Knowledge of industrial materials and appropriate tooling for different materials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to plan, organize, and monitor tooling/delivery schedules
