Overview Why This Role Matters
As an Associate Content Designer / Copywriter, you’ll contribute to the creation of clear, effective, and engaging content that speaks authentically to the target audience. You’ll collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams, including strategy, design, UX, tech, program managers, and product teams, to develop messages aligned with business objectives and brand strategy, helping to build relevant digital and creative experiences.
At Publicis Sapient, what we truly look for in a content designer / copywriter is the ability to navigate between creativity and strategic thinking: not just writing, but also an understanding of data, user behavior, digital journeys, content design, and UX writing. It’s essential to know how to translate insights into simple yet impactful messages, working in an agile environment that values both lateral thinking and execution.
In this role,
you’ll apply your skills to the creation of digital content, products, services, and campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across touchpoints. In a landscape crowded with digital noise, you’ll know how to create content that stands out without feeling generic or predictable, bringing out the personality of each brand and raising the quality, distinctiveness, and effectiveness of every message.
You’ll also bring confidence in strategic writing for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, CRM journeys, and digital platforms, as well as the ability to use lateral thinking to shape creative communication ideas that are relevant, distinctive, and effective.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in person and 2 days remote, designed to support both close collaboration with teams and clients and focused individual work.
