* Welcomeguestsuponarrival,escortingthemtotheirvehicleandofferingpersonalizedassistancethroughouttheprocess.
* Opencardoorsforguestsarrivingordepartingfromthemainentrance,greetingthemwithawarmsmiletoensureapleasantandmemorablefirstimpression.
* Assistguestswithloadingandunloadingluggage,providingtrolleysupportwhenneeded,andensuringasmoothtransitionfromarrivaltodeparture.
* Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandstandardsatalltimes,includingholdingavalidUAEdriver'slicense,properlyusingcommunicationdevices,andrepresentingtheJumeirahbrandwithprofessionalism.
* Reportanyincidents,vehicledamage,ordelaysimmediatelytotheTeamLeader,maintainingclearcommunicationandadherencetooperationalschedules.

qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Polite, courteous, and approachable attitude
* Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service
* Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
* Skilled in handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility needs
