Overview As an HR Business Partner, you partner with business managers to translate HR strategy into day-to-day people practices. You will shape employee experience, drive people management, and ensure compliant, high-engagement environments across assigned teams. You connect workforce needs with business objectives, balancing execution with strategic advisory. * Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and line managers on culture, processes, organizational design, and team development
* Partner on employee relations, engagement, and inclusion initiatives to sustain high engagement
* Lead recruitment coordination with Talent Acquisition and support local Employer Branding
* Oversee onboarding, retention strategies, and integration into culture and ways of working




* Collaborate with L&D; to identify skill gaps and foster leadership growth
* Coordinate annual compensation processes, including reviews, goal setting, calibration, and local incentives
* Support industrial and labor relations, ensure compliance with collective agreements, and assist in labor dispute resolution with legal advisers Requisiti fondamentali
* 3+ years in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in international, structured environments
* Practical understanding of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations
* Good contextual awareness, active listening, and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Italian
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Discretion and empathy in handling confidential matters
