As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:
* Answering customers inquires
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
* Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
* Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:
* Computer literacy, especially MS Office
* Fluent level of English




* Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
