WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR LUXURY TRAVEL DESIGNER About BELCOST BELCOST is a luxury travel and lifestyle concierge company specialising in bespoke travel experiences for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients. Our portfolio includes luxury villas, yacht charters, private aviation, exclusive experiences and personalised concierge services across some of the world’s most sought-after destinations. We are looking for an experienced Senior Luxury Travel Designer to join our growing international team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage bespoke travel experiences for HNW and UHNW clients.
* Handle high-value enquiries, from initial request to booking confirmation.
* Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and travel itineraries.
* Source and negotiate with luxury villas, yacht providers, DMCs and hospitality partners.
* Manage pricing, commercial negotiations and profit margins.
* Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations and Concierge departments.
* Ensure exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and service delivery. Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, bespoke travel design or a comparable role.
* Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW clients and high-value bookings.
* Strong destination knowledge and established familiarity with luxury suppliers, DMCs and hospitality providers.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.
* High standards of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Spanish is desirable; additional languages are an advantage. Working Model
* Remote working arrangement.
* Initial onboarding and training at our Ibiza headquarters.
* Scheduled in-person working periods at our Livorno office.
