* Lead continuous improvement culture and employee engagement across manufacturing
* Develop and execute lean manufacturing strategies aligned with site priorities
* Drive improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen
* Lead manufacturing engineering in process improvements for quality, efficiency, safety, and productivity
* Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and product engineering to optimize processes
* Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and CI outcomes
* Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process innovation
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Support capital investment projects, equipment upgrades,



and facility improvements
* Develop standardized processes, work instructions, and best practices
* Coach and develop team members; foster learning and growth
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices Requisiti fondamentali
* Experience leading lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or manufacturing engineering initiatives in manufacturing
* Ability to lead teams and deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI methodologies
* Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
* Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels
* Experience applying root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
* Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and performance metrics
* Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
* Ability to communicate in English and Italian
