In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software. In particular, you will:* Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation;
* Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third-party systems;
* Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences;
* Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack;
* Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code on both frontend and backend.
What skills are we looking for?* At least 5 years of experience in software development;
* Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices;
* Experience with front-end development in React.js;
* Experience working with MongoDB;
* Proven experience using modern coding assistants effectively and thoughtfully, with a strong focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability;
* Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements when needed, make pragmatic technical decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture;
* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level). Nice to have:* Familiarity with NestJS, Fastify or Express;
* Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures;
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality and security gates;
* Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration and E2E tests);
