Overview In this role you lead the global deployment of Roquette’s Operational Excellence system, spanning 40+ sites. You will shape standards, performance management and capability building while embedding a continuous improvement culture. You’ll coach site teams, harmonize practices and drive transformation across Americas, Europe and Asia. * Lead deployment of the E2E World Class Operations system across the network
* Define and execute the roadmap for Operational Excellence standards and performance management
* Assess site maturity and ensure consistency/sustainability of the E2E WCO framework
* Coach and upskill site teams in Lean, problem-solving and performance management
* Identify gaps,
define improvement plans and support SQCDPE objective deployment
* Share best practices and facilitate cross-region learning
* Engage with site leadership and cross-functional teams to sustain change and accountability Requisiti fondamentali
* 10-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
* Strong experience in industrial operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
* Experience deploying transformation programs across multiple sites
* Master in Engineering (or related discipline)
* Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus; practical experience valued
* Fluent English (C1) and willingness to travel >50%
