Overview In this role you will support the Contract Management function for the Transformer Segment, guiding the contract lifecycle and claims strategy. You work with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Sales, and Supply Chain across geographies to ensure compliant, effective contract execution. You will analyze contract terms, identify risks and opportunities, and negotiate settlements. * Provide end-to-end guidance for the entire contract lifecycle in line with directives and BU procedures
* Ensure portfolio contracts follow standard methodologies globally
* Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements for the Segment
* Review commercial tender terms and conditions, highlighting ambiguities, omissions and conflicts
* Negotiate contracts and manage related risk and opportunity analysis
* Support data centre projects and other large, complex initiatives with contractual expertise Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree in law (mandatory)
* Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related field
* Experience supporting contractual execution of large and complex projects
* Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders and senior management
* Solid experience in contract negotiation, claims management, change management and dispute resolution
* Experience in multicultural environment and intercultural awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
* Willingness to travel globally ~30–40%
