As Project Engineer Platform, you lead and coordinate engineering activities for the combine headers and trailers platform, acting as the technical interface between Engineering and cross-functional teams. You ensure accurate, timely delivery of engineering data, EBOMs, CAD models, and change documentation to enable on-time program execution. You drive alignment with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Costing and others to meet quality, cost and schedule targets. and ECNs with governance for release Coordinate vehicle and system design activities and ensure cross-functional alignment of technical solutions Ensure availability and integrity of global platform architecture documentation and support lead/follower project execution Lead engineering status, risk, and deliverable communications at gates and milestones Contribute to product design activities within AGCO standards, including ideation, CAD modeling and drawing release Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years in product development, platform engineering, vehicle engineering, or project engineering Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities in complex environments Proficiency in product development processes, O365, PLM (Windchill preferred), CAD (Creo Parametrics) Knowledge of engineering data management and systems integration Experience in agricultural/automotive/off-highway/industrial equipment sectors; global/matrix organizations Project management certification or equivalent experience cross-functional collaboration clear communication problem-solving Windchill PLM Creo Parametrics CAD modeling and drawing release
